Experience
Frederick is a passionate Architect and Planner dedicated to design excellence of residential, retail, mixed-use, hospitality, commercial, healthcare, and educational projects. His current work focuses on planning and design of medium to large scale mixed-use residential, hospitality and commercial clients around the world.
He continuously strives to deliver creative solutions for both new construction and adaptive re-use projects on time and on budget. His most recent works include several mixed-use projects in NY, NJ, DC, MD and VA. A Hotel in NY, a new masterplan for a typhoon damaged Beach Resort in St. Maarten, the Smart City-in-a-Box Mixed Use Concept in Ashburn, VA and a new High Tech International School Campus in Xian, China among others.

Dynamic, articulate architect with 25 years of professional experience. Demonstrated success in leading project planning, design, client engagement and execution for projects costing between $1M to $300M. Frederick has been involved in more than a hundred planning, architecture, and interior projects.
